Making a Difference in Caboolture, the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane

We have a long history providing disability services within this region, and working with people with disability to  their individual goals, with support from us, their families and support networks along thereach way.

CFN works in partnership with individuals and families to provide tailored experiences and person-centered practices, to help the individuals we work with to thrive, inspire new opportunities, live well and dream big towards a better future.

We’ve always been about making positive change happen by supporting people with disabilities in Caboolture, the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane to lead the lives they choose through the range of disability services we offer.

CFN family is one of a kind

Ask any individuals, families, staff and volunteers who have experienced our long-standing disability services and they will tell you that the CFN family is one of a kind: welcoming, flexible, safe, supportive, full of adventure and an inspiring space for the individual to thrive.

CFN is also a place where the individuals and the families we serve as well as members of the general community are welcomed to become a part of the CFN family.

We do this by hosting regular events for families, CFN staff and community members to celebrate, learn and grow together – from our annual Christmas Parties and  Information sessions and many other get togethers, we strive to create opportunities so that families are not isolated in their caring role.

From NDIS pre planning to short term accommodation options, skill development, social opportunities and everything in between, see why CFN is more than just support.
