Community Access and In-Home Supports

We can provide 1:1 Community Access and In-Home Supports to assist participants to work towards their individual goals, build independence, attend appointments, and stay actively engaged in their community.

For more than two decades, we’ve supported individuals and families to strengthen daily living skills and foster independence. We understand that everyone’s journey is deeply personal, which is why our supports are tailored, flexible, and centred around what matters most to each participant.

Our 1:1 supports are designed to build confidence and capacity in everyday life. Whether support is delivered in the home or out in the community, we work alongside participants to develop practical skills, establish routines, and increase independence in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Through Community Access, participants are supported to connect with their local community, attend appointments, build social confidence, and participate in meaningful activities of their choice. In-Home Supports focus on strengthening independence within the home environment, supporting participants to manage daily tasks, develop life skills, and feel more confident in their own space.

These supports are not about doing things for participants, but working with them, encouraging choice, building capability, and supporting long-term goals around independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion.

Our goal is to improve the lives of people with disabilities and the people who love and support them. We take a holistic, person-centred approach, ensuring supports are consistent, reliable, and delivered by staff who genuinely care.
