CFN works in partnership with individuals with disabilities and their families/carers in a family support framework. What this means is, CFN recognises the needs of all family members, as well as the invaluable role and natural authority of families and carers in ensuring their family member with a disability can plan for, and enjoy a good and safe life.
The services provided by CFN are accessible to people:
- who are aged between 0 – 65 years
- who have a permanent disability
- who live in Caboolture or surrounding areas.
It is the intention of CFN that all the people we serve have equal access to our services and we will optimise access to these services within available resources. CFN will ensure that no person with a disability experiences discrimination or exclusion in their dealings with this organisation.
CFN’s services can be accessed through individual or government funded packages.
If you would like to know more about any of CFN’s services and how we can assist you, please get in touch with us here.
