Enthuse

Dream it…Plan it…Do it

Enthuse is a capacity building program for adults who want to increase their independent living skills and reach their full potential.

Activities are based around building new skills through each participant’s goals and interests. We also encourage participants to extend their existing skills and where possible, link people with opportunities in their local communities.

Each group consists of 6-8 participants with 2 facilitators. The role of Enthuse facilitators is to encourage participants to embrace new opportunities and broaden their experiences.

Currently, Enthuse runs during the school term on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9am-2.30pm.

Some of the activities we focus on at Enthuse include:

  • Self Esteem & Resilience
  • Effective Communication
  • Health and well-being
  • Independent Living Skills
  • Budgeting
  • Using a diary
  • Menu Planning
  • Meal preparation
  • Using Public Transport
  • Creative Arts
